Here’s a rare find from a collector we visited in Japan. A very unusual treasure from Japan.
This is a cache of old and antique Chinese and Japanese bamboo paint and calligraphy artist brushes dating back to the 1930s. The bundle includes new and used examples some still in their original mint encasement boxes never before used! Many bear the original old manufacturer name and label.
Large and small fine brushes included. 41 different brushes in all.
Longest brush is 10 inches long and shortest brush is 6 inches in length.
