An ancient Chinese Han Dynasty model of a tall slender man “stick figure” named because of its elongated shape, this naked figure would originally have had cloth clothing and wooden arms, which have long since perished. His face is expressive, displaying a tight lipped enigmatic smile. His hair modeled to suggest a long pony tail tied in a topknot. Rare type: black/gray fired pottery. Mounted on a custom metal stand.
An Oxford, England Thermoluminescence (TL) report accompanies attesting to its age and authenticity.
