Description of each scorll:

Kobori Jotai 小堀 定泰 (1911) :
Kobori Jotai was born in Saga. In 1938, he became the chief priest of Daitokuji-temple Koouan.

*葉々起清風 Yoyo Seifuwo Okosu :
This calligraphy is “Yoyo seifu wo okosu”. It means “the bamboo leaves make a refreshing breeze”. This word is a Zen/Buddhism term, and came from the following situation, “When I saw off a friend to the gate, the bamboo leaves of the side sounds subtly, and a refreshing breeze blows. The wind seems to bless the departure of the friend, too.”

*Fukumoto Sekio 福本 積應 (b1930) :
Fukumoto Sekio is 17th chief priest of Horin-ji temple.
*萬家太平春 Banka Taihei no Haru :

*Hashimoto Shojo 橋本 紹尚 (b1939) :
Hashimoto Shojo is a Yagyuhotoku-ji priest. After he graduated from Hanazono University in 1962, he became a pupil of Oda Sesso.
*心静茶味香 Kokoro Shizukanareba Chami Kanbashi :
