This is a hand-carved early 19th century granite stone carving of one of Japan’s great historic architectural forms – the MINKA farmhouse crafted as a wonderful and useful lantern. Carved from solid granite and sourced from an old Japanese garden.
Dimensions: 12 inches high and 15 inches wide and 12 inches deep, is portable and boasts a wonderful century old patina.
Many of our customers place oil candles inside the main section making a romantic and enjoyable decorative accent for entertaining friends and family. It’s a perfect choice for your indoor or outdoor garden space. Notice the very nice patina from age.
