This is a stunningly beautiful example of a large 24 inch wide old Japanese natural blue “shikoku” color viewing stone or garden/scholar rock in mountain shape form – formed by nature and ready for your garden or special indoor display gallery space.

These stones are known for beautiful viewing in gardens, sometimes called spirit stones because of their sleek composition which evoke mountainous ranges and spiritual layers.

About Shikoku Garden Stones
Shikoku stones, also known as lyo stones, are valuable and full of character. The stone type is seen as national cultural heritage by the Japanese government, making export very difficult. Thanks to the strong bond we share with our Japanese partners, we are able to offer this one mesmerizing blue-green stone in our collection. They are only found in Japan.
Our gallery has been dealing in authentic Japanese, and fine Asian art, garden ornaments, lanterns and water basins for 25 years.
