This is a hard to find antique solid and finely cast bronze rectangular planter for ikebana, flowers, or bonsai. It is inlaid with
fine silver designs on its side and boasts sturdy elephant style handles. This was sourced from a large Japanese collection this past year.
It is an early one and surely from a top Japanese maker.
It is heavily cast and possesses a handsome red brown patina.
Dimensions: 16 inches long and 10 inches deep and 4.5 inches tall
