From our recent Japanese acquisitions
This lovely pair (2) of Japanese antique gilt Lotus bouquets are hard to find treasures that might have originally been placed on or around a temple or private shrine altar. Each bouquet consists of finely crafted and detailed stems possessing a cluster of nine (9) engraved opened flowers and leaves. Artisan crafted tubular bottom ends finish off these handsome works of art and allow insertion into the original bronze vases as shown or alternatively perhaps you might place them directly into your favorite flower pot or garden space.
Their attractive original old patina coupled with much of the original gilding remains present on each stem- just the way we like to find them.
Dimensions: Each lotus flower cluster is 17.5 inches tall including bronze vase as photographed.
