A superb 19th century Makie Lacquer food bento box complete with four original serving trays and bonus original white porcelain cup all in its original inner and outer boxes tomobako , the whole crafted in rich black, gold, and red lacquer colors and depicting fans and artist pallet designs. Created and crafted many decades ago by Japan’s famous centuries old Zohiko lacquer Urushi Art.
