From an old Japanese Nagoya garden comes this authentic, handsome and hard to find “Spirit Mountain” style stone lantern, 34″ high and 23″ wide at top and 12″ deep, four pieces, Taisho-Showa period, 1920s-1940s. Its a nice old one and still bears traces of old root encrustation on its surface emblems of good age. Please see historical information below.
This scarcer size and style lantern would make an ideal choice for any intimate indoor or outdoor installation.
