History of temple bells

From Japan comes this huge hand-hammered and wrought bronze percussion instrument which was created by specialized century’s old Samurai craftsman with dimpled construction and includes an incised signature of maker along rim. This temple bell sets atop a later plush silk display base with silk pillow and old authentic Japanese striker.

When struck, it creates a big serene reverberating sound perfect for stress relief meditating, or as a warm, welcoming and pleasant house guest dinner chime indoors or out of doors,

Dimensions: Ensemble is 10 inches high with silk display base and 10 inches diameter. The thick signed cast bronze Showa period bell measures 8 inches high and 10 inches diameter. The striker photographed is included.
