Gorgeous set five (5) large 8 inch square hand crafted and hand painted ceramic plates featuring flying cranes, plum blossoms, pine needle, moon, and bamboo themes masterfully executed on square forms with attractive blue undulating edges.
Signed and with the original signed custom storage wooden box tomobako.
Hand painted in stunning blue, gold, green and white colors comes this desirable set of five (5) beautiful ceramic plates dating to the mid 20th century, Showa period, signed on backs.
Each unique serving plate is beautifully crafted with exaggerated edges as only the Japanese master artisans can achieve and smartly crafted with sturdy bases .
Bonus: included is the original old wood signed storage box tomobako as shown.
