Here’s a beautiful and unique way to accent your indoor or outdoor garden space with this treasure from Japan.
From an old Japanese Nagoya garden comes this unusual hand carved green stone “spirit” lantern 40 inches; high and 20 inches wide at top, four pieces.
Period: Taisho-Showa period, 1920s-1940s.
Quality: fine condition with traces of old hand carving on the surfaces- emblem of good age. Please see historical information below.
This scarcer size and style lanterns would make an ideal choice for any intimate indoor or outdoor installation.
