From Japan comes this hard to find and beautiful hand-wrought iron “link and rod” hanging flower vase or lantern chain complete with decorative iron “J” hanger. It dates to the Edo period, 1850
8 feet long, 96″.
This is the first chain we have seen of this combination.
It dates to the early to middle 19th century, a rare find.
