From Japan’s famous Shigaraki kiln area, a striking antique large blue glazed tsubo ceramic vessel originally created to hold tea leaves or oils, late 19th century.
It is hand made and hand glazed in a hard to find wavy Picasso like midnight blue color.
It possesses a rare signed signature of it’s maker on its base.
Dimensions: 17 inches high and 12 inches wide, with rare signature on base.
